Relaxation Massage

Swedish Massage (Relaxation Massage) is general systematic massage of the soft tissues of the body to induce a state of deep relaxation. It works mainly on the muscles, ligaments, and tendons, and it increases the body’s blood and lymphatic circulation. Swedish massage incorporates long gliding strokes, kneading, compression, vibration, and tapotement.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy involves the use of essential oils, which are distilled extracts from aromatic plants. Aromatic plants and infusions prepared from them have been used in medicines and cosmetics for thousands of years, but the use of distilled oils dates back only 1,000 years. Ancient civilizations used these oils to protect against disease, to ward off evil, and to aid spiritual healing.  Modern aromatherapy is used in healing the mind, body and spirit, and its uses range from spiritual to relaxation to therapeutic.
